Ingress and egress, air-conditioning during access periods, caretaker coordination, attendance, layout, technical requirements and risk profile affect the final figure, so no single all-in price is published. The estimator returns an indicative total; a complete schedule receives a staff-reviewed quotation.
  - Booking-specific concessions are never auto-added and require a governed approved package override
  - Set-up access for shoots: quoted separately after schedule and facility review; shoot-package overtime is quoted for the approved scope
  - All Studio W9 rates are VAT exclusive. Twelve percent VAT is added to determine the gross booking total, and approved discounts reduce the VAT base.
  - Production equipment, lighting, grip, camera, audio equipment, operators, set construction, and production crew are excluded unless separately quoted.
- Event venue guidance is for a full event proper, not a short portrait session. Studio W9 does not currently publish a two-hour product for debut, prenup, graduation, family, or similar short portrait sessions.
- Smaller packages start with minimum included facilities and can add support rooms incrementally.
- The approximately 420 sqm usable-space figure is intentionally rounded for easy client recall; it is not an exact measured-area claim. The measured 24.15 m × 18 m floor footprint is approximately 434.7 sqm, and the two figures must remain distinct.
- Any booking requiring the main 420 sqm shooting room or full floor is quoted as a full-facility package.
- Rate and package fit still depends on shoot type, duration, crew size, support-room usage, and power requirements.
- Electrical plan: 14.80 kW is allocated across designated non-aircon production and event circuits. Air-conditioning and regular house lighting and convenience loads are separate. The 14.80 kW is distributed across circuits, not one outlet or a guaranteed client allocation. Source drawings contain both 220 V and 230 V notations. Actual voltage, installed outlets, energization, breaker and cable ratings, phase distribution, and usable capacity require onsite verification. Submit a consolidated equipment load schedule. A generator or revised setup may still be required, and every proposed generator connection and temporary-distribution component must be verified before use.
- Public booking inquiries do not reserve a date, create a calendar slot, collect payment, issue an invoice, or confirm commercial terms.
