Booking Options

Set-up access is quoted separately after schedule and facility review. Studio W9 does not publish one fixed set-up amount for every project.

All published Studio W9 rates are VAT-exclusive unless expressly stated otherwise. 12% VAT is added to taxable venue charges in the approved quotation.

Additional event-proper time is ₱10,000/hour. Overtime for smaller formats and production packages is confirmed in the written quotation for the approved scope.

All Studio W9 rates are VAT exclusive. Twelve percent VAT is added to determine the gross booking total. Approved discounts reduce the VAT base. Studio W9 primarily provides dry-hire venue and fixed-facility rental. Clients and organizers supply crew, equipment, technical systems, and event suppliers unless an approved quotation says otherwise. Smaller formats use minimum facility allocations with optional support-room add-ons; full-floor requirements are staff-quoted.

Booking confirmation secures the agreed date and commercial scope. Controlled technical activities still require the applicable inspections, tests, and written operating permission before release.

Short Session boundary: the Limited-Facility Short Session covers five continuous hours in a staff-approved limited facility allocation, including client setup and pack-down. At eight hours the request moves to the Content / Podcast 8-hour smaller-format option, quoted for the approved scope. It is not available for events or full-floor use.

Public rates effective September 1, 2026.

24-hour access is planning guidance derived from the approved 16-hour package plus eight approved overtime hours. It is a facility access window—not accommodation or an overnight stay—and requires Studio W9 staff confirmation.

Payment Terms

• Reservation: Unless an approved quotation states otherwise, 50% of the VAT-inclusive venue total is due upon acceptance.
• Balance: The remaining 50% must be fully paid and cleared seven calendar days before first ingress; bookings accepted within seven days require the full venue amount immediately.
• Additional time: Event-proper time is PHP 10,000/hr after the five-hour daily minimum. Shoot-package overtime is confirmed in the written quotation for the approved scope.
• Event air-conditioning: Standard house AC is included during event proper. The published event packages state whether ingress and egress are air-conditioned; access pricing is confirmed in the written quotation.
• Tax: All rates are VAT exclusive. Twelve percent VAT is added to determine the gross booking total.
• Equipment: Production equipment, lighting, grip, camera, audio equipment, operators, set construction, and production crew are excluded unless separately quoted.

Payment instructions are issued only after Studio W9 staff confirms availability and booking-specific commercial terms, and only through an authorized Studio W9 channel. A transfer instruction, screenshot, payment proof, or pending entry is not cleared payment. Payment does not confirm a booking by itself; final confirmation remains a separate staff-issued action.

Authorized Payment Instructions

Payment instructions are issued only after Studio W9 staff confirms availability and booking-specific commercial terms, and only through an authorized Studio W9 channel, then appear in the approved quotation or billing instruction. Available methods may vary by quotation and transaction. Public pages do not publish bank-account details or promise a fixed payment rail.

Security Deposit and Booking Changes

Security deposits are risk-based, separate from venue charges, and due no later than seven calendar days before ingress unless accepted booking documents set an earlier deadline. The undisputed balance is returned within five business days after closeout, less documented booking-caused deductions.

A pencil hold is provisional and carries no cancellation liability. Confirmed-booking cancellation charges are 30% with 31 or more calendar days' notice, 50% with 15 to 30 days' notice, 75% with 8 to 14 days' notice, and 100% with 0 to 7 days' notice, unless accepted booking-specific terms expressly replace the standard policy. Approved rescheduling requires availability and a written amendment. Qualifying force-majeure events are subject to the standard 30% date-reservation and displacement charge described in the Refund Policy.

Volume and Recurring Bookings

Production houses, agencies, and creators planning repeat or multi-day studio use can request staff review of a tailored Commercial Rate Agreement. Include expected booking volume and usual schedule so Studio W9 can assess proposed pricing, account billing, scheduling, and recurring-use terms.

A rate agreement does not reserve a date. Each date remains subject to staff review and written Studio W9 confirmation.

Fixed Facility Scope

An approved full-facility quotation may include these fixed venue facilities:

• Approximately 420 sqm of usable matte-black shooting space within a 24.15 m × 18 m floor footprint of approximately 434.7 sqm; these figures are not equivalent
• Approximately 5.5 m ceiling height
• Proposed generator connection provisions subject to onsite technical verification
• Concrete enclosure with roof insulation; the venue is not represented as fully soundproof or acoustically certified
• Private dressing room
• Lounge / multi-use hall and brand holding area beneath the mezzanine
• Secure storage
• Existing mezzanine excluded by default and available only with written approval

Production crew, photography crew, podcast or recording crew, equipment, technical systems, and event suppliers remain client- or organizer-supplied unless the approved quotation expressly includes them.
