When you submit a booking inquiry or contact form, Studio W9 collects details such as your name, email address, phone number, requested date, shoot or event type, crew size, and message content.
The Studio W9 site may use limited analytics and advertising technologies to understand page performance, referral sources, and paid-media destination quality. These tools may use event metadata, browser identifiers, or campaign parameters, but the public site does not require account sign-in.
Where marketing consent is available, this site loads the Meta Pixel to record page views, views of rates and venue pages, and intentional call or email clicks. When a booking inquiry is submitted successfully, one lead event is recorded. The same event may also be sent from our server through the Meta Conversions API using one shared identifier so Meta counts the inquiry once rather than twice.
We do not record a purchase or confirmed-booking event. An inquiry is not a booking, and the site cannot observe staff approval or payment.
Without marketing consent the Meta Pixel does not load and no data is sent to Meta.
We use third-party processors for hosting, email, analytics, AI assistant infrastructure, and business operations. These processors are used only to operate the Studio W9 public experience and support submitted inquiries.
Booking, waitlist, inquiry, and contact data is retained for the duration needed to respond, manage commercial follow-up, and satisfy legal, accounting, or dispute-retention requirements.
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by following the Data Deletion Instructions or by contacting us at business@w9studio.net.
This site may use limited measurement or marketing technology only as described above and only when consent is available. Google sign-in cookies are not required for the public Studio W9 booking inquiry flow.
