Using this website
These Terms govern your use of the Studio W9 website, account-access pages, booking-inquiry forms, and related public information. By using these services, you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.
Booking inquiries and availability
A booking inquiry is a request for Studio W9 staff to review availability, package fit, operational requirements, and commercial terms. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date, create a calendar slot, or confirm a booking.
Availability and any booking are confirmed only by Studio W9 staff through an approved quotation, booking agreement, or other written confirmation. Payment instructions are issued only after Studio W9 staff confirms availability and booking-specific commercial terms, and only through an authorized Studio W9 channel. Payment or payment evidence does not confirm a booking by itself.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining control of your sign-in method, and notifying Studio W9 if you believe your account or inquiry details have been used without authorization. Do not use another person's identity or contact details without permission.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful or deceptive material, impersonate another person, introduce malicious code, or use automated systems in a way that disrupts the service or other users.
Studio and event use
Website descriptions and published rates are general information. A confirmed quotation or booking agreement may include additional requirements for access, setup, power, support rooms, suppliers, safety, insurance, overtime, cancellation, and venue restoration. The approved written agreement controls if it differs from general website information.
Intellectual property
Studio W9 names, branding, site design, text, photographs, graphics, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to Studio W9. You may view and share public page links for legitimate inquiry purposes, but you may not reproduce, sell, modify, or exploit site materials without written permission or another lawful basis.
Privacy and third-party authentication
Our Privacy Policy explains how Studio W9 handles personal data. If you use a third-party sign-in provider, that provider processes authentication information under its own terms and privacy practices. Third-party authentication does not authorize advertising access, confirm availability, or create a booking.
Service availability and third-party services
We may change or temporarily suspend parts of the website for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons. Hosting, authentication, communications, mapping, analytics, and other third-party services may be unavailable or subject to their providers' terms.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Studio W9 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the website, reliance on unconfirmed availability, or interruption of a third-party service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes that cannot be resolved directly are subject to the courts with jurisdiction in Makati City, Philippines, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the website, business process, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current published version.
