Booking Process
Inquiry first. Staff confirmation before anything is final.
Studio W9 primarily provides dry-hire venue and fixed-facility rental. Use AI Project Intake to organize an existing brief, or complete the inquiry form directly. The upload prepares a draft on this page and does not contact staff. To send it, continue to and submit the inquiry form. Submitted inquiries remain unconfirmed until Studio W9 staff review the schedule, technical fit, commercial terms, and payment, then issue final confirmation.

Submit Brief or Inquiry
Upload a brief for structured extraction or enter shoot type, target date, duration, crew size, support rooms, power, access, and project notes directly.
Review Fit
Studio W9 reviews schedule, dry-hire category fit, facility requirements, power needs, open questions, and whether approximately 420 sqm of usable shooting space is required.
Estimate
Staff validates the extracted scope and prepares a non-binding package estimate. AI Project Intake does not issue an approved quotation.
Payment Review
Payment instructions are issued only after Studio W9 staff confirms availability and booking-specific commercial terms. Payment evidence is checked by staff and does not confirm a booking by itself.
Confirmation
Final confirmation is issued only after schedule validation, commercial confirmation, and payment verification are complete.
AI-Assisted Brief Intake
Upload Existing Project Material
AI Project Intake accepts text, Markdown, CSV, JSON, text-layer PDF, DOCX, PPTX, and XLSX files up to 8 MB. It organizes booking requirements into a draft on this page. Uploading does not send anything to staff; continue to the inquiry form and submit it when you are ready.

Boundary: Uploading a brief only prepares a draft on this page. To send it to staff, continue to the inquiry form and submit it. Direct form submission starts an inquiry only. Studio W9 still reviews date fit, technical requirements, pricing, and commercial terms before anything is finalized.
Payment: Online payment checkout is not available on this page. Payment instructions are issued only after Studio W9 staff confirms availability and booking-specific commercial terms.
Dry-hire scope: Studio W9 provides the venue and fixed facilities. Your team remains responsible for production, technical systems, and event operations unless an approved quotation states otherwise.
Equipment and suppliers: Clients and organizers supply crew, equipment, technical systems, set construction, and event suppliers unless an approved quotation says otherwise.
