Attendance is a capacity, safety and quotation input, not a rate basis. Supplier services are separately scoped and itemized in the approved quotation; Studio W9 remains the venue and nothing is included unless the quotation states it.
PRODUCTION & SHOOTS
Studio packages are defined by duration, footprint and facility scope; you bring cameras, lighting, sound and crew. Published studio package rates live on the rates page.
CREATORS
Podcasts, interviews, creator content, user-generated content and client-led live selling.
Recording gear, operators and production services are separate. Critical spoken audio needs an onsite sound check; streaming requirements need technical review.

Large-Format Studio and Commercial / TVC remain separately scoped production options. Submit your brief, technical rider and load schedule. Power and any proposed generator connection require written approval.

This is a staff-reviewed community concession, not a replacement for the standard event tariff. Access hours, air-conditioning, attendance, layout and eligibility require written confirmation. No fixed duration or capacity is promised by this card.

NIGHT & HIGH-IMPACT · STAFF REVIEW REQUIRED
Live amplified music, DJ-led and nightlife formats and overnight events are classified by Studio W9; an organizer cannot self-select the standard category, and quoting the class never implies acceptance.
Subject to technical, sound, security, permit and operating review before Studio W9 confirms the event can run. The event-proper minimum still applies. This is not an instant-book package.

RECURRING USE
RECURRING USE
Explore a staff-reviewed arrangement for recurring content sessions, rehearsals, community use, or multi-day projects.
Dates, turnover, storage, access and staffing are reviewed together. Repeated bookings do not automatically receive a discount or reserve future dates.

Send your event date, expected guests or crew, package of interest, complete access schedule, and supplier requirements. Studio W9 reviews feasibility and issues the applicable quotation.
Studio W9 is a dry-hire venue. Furniture, LED, lighting, sound, staging, production crew, catering, security and generator services are separate unless expressly included. The caretaker is not a security guard, vehicle marshal, AV operator or event manager.
Attendance, layout, sound and electrical requirements need review. High-volume amplified or overnight formats are separately classified and approval-gated, regardless of the package requested. Standard venue electricity is not an uninterrupted-power assurance.
An inquiry does not reserve a date or confirm a booking. Payment evidence does not confirm a booking. Staff confirmation is a separate step.
