Studio W9 has approximately 420 sqm of usable matte-black shooting space. The full 24.15 m × 18 m floor footprint is approximately 434.7 sqm, so the 420 sqm planning figure and the full floor footprint describe different measurements.
Clear height is approximately 5.5 m at the lowest internal roof line and increases toward the ridge. The roll-up door clear opening is a separate measurement, approximately 4.5 m pending onsite verification. Fixed facilities include a concrete enclosure with roof insulation, proposed generator connection provisions subject to onsite technical verification, a crew lounge, a meeting room, a brand holding area beneath the mezzanine, a dressing room, three toilets - a small powder room and two adjacent elevated toilets - and a separate wash and sink area, and secure storage that may be configured as a compact edit suite. The venue is not represented as fully soundproof or acoustically certified; amplified events require an onsite sound check and may require an approved noise-control plan.
For event planning, start with venue-only guidance of PHP 8,000 per event-proper hour with a five-hour daily minimum. Standard house air-conditioning is included during event proper. Ingress and egress are PHP 2,000 per hour without air-conditioning or PHP 4,000 per hour with air-conditioning, a choice that applies only to those access windows. Indicatively, a five-hour event with three hours of standard access starts from PHP 48,000 VAT exclusive. All published rates are VAT-exclusive and 12% VAT is added in the approved quotation.
Load-in and load-out are quoted separately from event proper: PHP 2,000 per hour without AC or PHP 4,000 per hour with AC.

The client or organizer normally supplies the event producer, creative team, staging, furniture, audio, lighting, LED systems, temporary electrical distribution, generator when required, security, crowd management, medical support, catering, permits and other event suppliers.
The venue caretaker supports facility access and condition monitoring. The caretaker is not a substitute for production crew, event security or vehicle marshals.
The published event rate is designed for a full event proper with planned ingress, setup and egress. Studio W9 does not currently publish a two-hour portrait-session product, so short debut portraits, prenup portraits, graduation portraits, family portraits and similar short photo sessions are not a fit for this event page.

Payment instructions are issued only after Studio W9 staff confirms availability and booking-specific commercial terms. Package fit and final booking status remain separate staff-controlled decisions.

Up to two allocated parking spaces may be included only when expressly stated in the approved quotation, subject to La Fuerza Compound rules and operating conditions. Additional parking is not included or guaranteed.
