Studio W9 is primarily a dry-hire venue and fixed-facility rental. The open floor can be suitable for client-led events where the organizer brings the creative concept, production team, technical systems and suppliers.
Include the merchant and booth count, proposed aisle and queue layout, supplier schedule and equipment list. Declare cooking, heating, refrigeration, supplemental cooling and powered displays for technical review. A quiet-format bazaar can still require electrical, crowd-flow and operating-hour controls.
Describe the audience layout, presentation format, screens, sound, seating and rehearsal needs. Your organizer supplies the event production and technical systems unless expressly included in the quotation. Attendance and the final layout require approval; floor area alone does not establish permitted occupancy.
Share the display or stage footprint, guest journey, build schedule and any special activities. Oversized items, vehicles, temporary structures and amplified sound need specific review. Ingress, event proper and egress must be declared separately.

Studio W9 has approximately 420 sqm of usable matte-black shooting space. The full 24.15 m × 18 m floor footprint is approximately 434.7 sqm, so the 420 sqm planning figure and the full floor footprint describe different measurements.
Clear height is approximately 5.5 m at the lowest internal roof line and increases toward the ridge. The roll-up door clear opening is a separate measurement, approximately 4.5 m pending onsite verification. Fixed facilities include a concrete enclosure with roof insulation, project power allocation by written approval, a lounge / multi-use hall (one continuous ground-floor hall with no internal divider), a brand holding area beneath the mezzanine, a dressing room, three toilets - a small powder room and two adjacent elevated toilets - and a separate wash and sink area. The venue is not represented as fully soundproof or acoustically certified; amplified events require an onsite sound check and may require an approved noise-control plan.
Flexible 9-, 12- and 16-hour venue packages let you choose event time and preparation/pack-up time within the total access window, with a five-hour event minimum. Standard house AC is included during event proper; access hours are non-AC. Caretaker and standard cleaning are counted once; VAT and the refundable security deposit are separate. Event-proper rate by event month: September–October 2026 PHP 10,000 per event-proper hour; November 2026 PHP 12,500; December 2026 PHP 15,000; 1 – 14 January 2027 PHP 15,000. The tier is determined by the event date, never the inquiry date; event dates outside these periods (from 15 January 2027) use the standard PHP 10,000 rate until a further published update. The five-hour minimum, the access rates and the caretaker fee do not change by month, with PHP 1,500 standard cleaning once per booking, so a five-hour event including caretaker and cleaning is PHP 67,000 VAT-exclusive in November 2026 and PHP 79,500 VAT-exclusive in December 2026 and from 1 to 14 January 2027, before access.
Out of consideration for nearby residents and the permitting requirements involved, Studio W9 does not accept bookings for raves, high-volume amplified music events or overnight events. This includes DJ-led or club-style parties and comparable high-impact music events. These formats are not available for quotation or approval, including under standard event packages.
Outside an approved venue package, load-in and load-out are quoted separately from event proper in every month: PHP 5,000 per hour without AC or PHP 7,500 per hour with AC. Package access hours are already included in the package total and are not charged again. The caretaker fee, VAT, production, catering, equipment and other supplier services also remain separate unless expressly bundled in the approved quotation.

The client or organizer normally supplies the event producer, creative team, staging, furniture, audio, lighting, LED systems, temporary electrical distribution, generator when required, security, crowd management, medical support, catering, permits and other event suppliers.
Unless expressly included, client-arranged production and contingency power, including rental, fuel, operators, delivery, distribution, and related support, is separate from venue hire. Pending technical power lines are treated as Pending technical quotation — excluded from this estimate until scope is approved.
The venue caretaker supports facility access and condition monitoring. The caretaker is not a substitute for production crew, event security or vehicle marshals.
The published event rate is designed for a full event proper with planned ingress, setup and egress. Studio W9 does not currently publish a two-hour portrait-session product, so short debut portraits, prenup portraits, graduation portraits, family portraits and similar short photo sessions are not a fit for this event page.

Technical review can still be required for multiple powered booths or simultaneous sets, temporary distribution boards, cooking/heating/refrigeration, supplemental cooling, motors/high-inrush equipment, substantial lighting/AV, generators, and continuity-critical operations, including quiet-format events.
Concurrent bookings and overlapping uses are reviewed together with fixed house loads and operating limits; they are not each promised the same spare capacity.
Payment instructions are issued only after Studio W9 staff confirms availability and booking-specific commercial terms. Package fit and final booking status remain separate staff-controlled decisions.

Studio W9 is at Warehouse 9, La Fuerza Compound, 2241 Don Chino Roces Avenue, Bangkal, Makati City 1233. Don Chino Roces Avenue is still commonly referred to locally as Pasong Tamo.
Up to two allocated parking spaces may be included only when expressly stated in the approved quotation, subject to La Fuerza Compound rules and operating conditions. Additional parking is not included or guaranteed.
