Studio W9 primarily rents the venue and fixed facilities. The dry-hire space has approximately 420 sqm of usable matte-black shooting space within a 24.15 m × 18 m floor footprint of approximately 434.7 sqm. The 420 sqm planning figure refers to usable studio area, while the larger footprint describes the full floor.

The facility is suitable for client-led podcasts, recorded content, social video, and interviews. Clients supply their recording crew, cameras, audio equipment, lighting, technical systems, and other suppliers unless an approved quotation says otherwise. Studio W9 provides the venue and fixed facilities; your team remains responsible for production.

Studio W9 provides a large matte-black environment for client-designed sets and controlled lighting. Clients supply cameras, lighting, audio equipment, crew, and technical systems unless expressly included in an approved quotation. Final image and audio quality depends on the client’s production design, equipment, and post-production workflow.

Substantial concrete perimeter walls and roof insulation provide useful inherent sound isolation. The venue is not represented as fully soundproof or acoustically certified, and external compound noise may remain audible. Critical spoken-audio and voice-over work requires an onsite sound check before confirmation.

Support Spaces for Your Team

Fixed facilities include a concrete enclosure with roof insulation, project power allocation by written approval, a lounge / multi-use hall (one continuous ground-floor hall with no internal divider), a brand holding area beneath the mezzanine, a dressing room, three toilets - a small powder room and two adjacent elevated toilets - and a separate wash and sink area, and secure storage that may be configured as a compact edit suite. Clear height is approximately 5.5 m at the lowest internal roof line and increases toward the ridge. The roll-up door clear opening is a separate measurement, approximately 4.5 m pending onsite verification.

Available spaces and facilities are finalized in the selected package and approved quotation. An edit-suite room configuration does not by itself include workstations, software, or operators.

Hours are Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM–10:00 PM. Sundays are available by prior appointment. Access, ingress, egress, and extended hours are subject to the confirmed booking agreement.

Describe the format, number of speakers, camera positions, set or furniture requirements and the time needed for setup, recording and pack-down. For a batch of social videos, include the number of planned scenes and set changes so the requested area and schedule can be reviewed.

Studio W9 is a dry-hire venue, not an included recording package. Your team supplies cameras, microphones, lighting, crew and technical systems unless expressly quoted. Critical dialogue and spoken-audio work require an onsite sound check. For live streaming, submit your proposed connectivity and continuity plan; production connectivity is not assumed to be included.
