How do I book Studio W9?
Submit a booking inquiry through the website at w9studio.net or contact us directly. We require a 50% deposit to confirm your booking, with the remaining 50% due on shoot day. An inquiry is not a confirmed booking — it is only confirmed once the deposit is received.
Where is Studio W9 located?
Warehouse 9, La Fuerza Plaza, 2241 Chino Roces Ave, Bangkal, Makati City 1233, Metro Manila, Philippines. La Fuerza Plaza is along Chino Roces Avenue (formerly Pasong Tamo Extension) in the Bangkal area. See directions and access details.
What are the studio hours?
Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Sunday bookings are available by appointment.
What shoot types does Studio W9 support?
TVC and commercial productions, photography (product, portrait, editorial, e-commerce), content production for social media and digital campaigns, podcast and audio-friendly recording, and private events or launches. The studio does not have cyclorama walls.
What are the studio rates and packages?
Five packages: Content / Podcast Studio (PHP 24,000 for 12 hrs; PHP 32,000 for 16 hrs), Photography / Editorial (PHP 42,000 for 12 hrs; PHP 56,000 for 16 hrs), Large-Format Studio (PHP 68,000 for 12 hrs; PHP 78,000 for 16 hrs), Commercial/TVC (PHP 88,000 for 12 hrs; PHP 105,000 for 16 hrs), and Events / Launches (PHP 85,000 for 12 hrs; PHP 110,000 for 16 hrs). What is included in Studio W9 packages?
Access to the 442 sqm shooting floor, support rooms such as the crew lounge, dressing room, meeting room, and storage, and the studio's infrastructure including generator-ready power connections. Final package fit depends on shoot type, crew size, support-room usage, and power requirements.
Is Studio W9 suitable for sync-sound or dialogue recording?
The studio is acoustically treated to reduce internal reflections, making it suitable for podcasts and content with spoken audio. It is not fully soundproofed — external sounds from the La Fuerza Plaza compound may be audible. For critical sync-sound or dialogue shoots, we recommend a site visit and sound check.
What power setup is available?
Standard commercial power plus generator-ready connections. Productions requiring generator power should coordinate during booking to ensure the setup meets their requirements.
What payment methods are accepted?
GCash, Maya, PayPal, credit and debit cards, and bank transfer via BPI or UnionBank. 50% deposit to confirm, balance due on shoot day.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before booking. 50% refund for 3–7 days notice. Within 72 hours: reschedule only, no refund.
Is a set-up day available?
Yes. Set-up days are booked as a separate session at the applicable rate. Contact us to discuss your production timeline.
How big is the shooting floor?
442 sqm (24.15 m × 18 m), 5.5 m ceiling height. Matte-black interior. No cyclorama walls.
