Supplier Accreditation
Apply to be considered for the Studio W9 supplier network.
Studio W9 reviews production and event suppliers for capability, commercial fit, safety, documentation, and category-specific operating requirements. Accreditation is always a separate human decision.
How accreditation works
Provide company, service, commercial, reference, and supporting-evidence information.
Studio W9 checks completeness, category fit, permits, credentials, rates, capacity, and safety requirements.
An authorized reviewer may request more information and records the decision, reason, and review evidence.
Written approval identifies categories, validity, and conditions. Accreditation may expire, be suspended, renewed, or withdrawn.
What to prepare
Supporting documents are optional at initial submission unless the selected supplier category requires them. Studio W9 may request additional evidence before deciding an application.
Core application information
- Legal and trading name, business type, address, and primary contact
- Company profile or capabilities deck
- Services, coverage, project scale, capacity, and supplier categories
- Portfolio link or representative project information
Commercial review
- Rate card or indicative pricing
- VAT status and whether quoted prices include VAT
- Minimum engagement, purchase-order acceptance, and payment terms
- Commercial limitations, seasonal conditions, and exclusions
When applicable to the category
- Business permits or registrations
- Insurance documentation
- Safety and technical certifications
- Food, beverage, or service permits
- Security or crowd-management credentials
- Rigging certifications and method statements
- Equipment inventory and maintenance evidence
- Crew qualifications and certifications

A “More information requested” status is accompanied by a message to the verified account email. Reply with the application reference or email business@w9studio.net. A self-service evidence-amendment path remains closed until its separate security gate passes.
Supplier application
The form appears only for a verified account after the final public release flag and owned-status service are both available. Complete it in one session; draft saving is not currently provided.
